What qualifies as infringement

Unauthorized use of your original work (audio, lyrics, artwork) that you own or are authorized to control. Please ensure you have the rights before submitting a report.

How to submit a DMCA notice

  1. Identify the copyrighted work you own.
  2. Provide the exact URL(s) on Revelationmusik where the material appears.
  3. Include your full legal name, company (if applicable), address, phone, and email.
  4. Add a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Add a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Provide a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.

After you submit

  1. We review your notice for completeness.
  2. If valid, the material may be disabled or removed.
  3. We notify the uploader and may share your notice details.
  4. The uploader may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal is mistaken.
  5. If a counter-notice is received, we may restore content unless a court action is filed within the permitted timeframe.

Counter-notice (for uploaders)

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have authorization, you may send a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your identification and contact information.
  2. The URLs of the content that was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of courts at your address and acceptance of service from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringer policy

Accounts that repeatedly infringe may face suspension or termination. This policy protects our community and honors ministry integrity.

Ownership and licensing

Artists should upload only content they own or are licensed to distribute. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights and grant Revelationmusik permission to display and stream the content as described in our Terms.
